Refund Policy

We want you to love your Avene London order. If something isn't right, you can return most unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, contact us at amconfessions981@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Sale items marked as final sale, and items returned outside the 30-day window, unfortunately cannot be refunded.
